Court Refuses to Hear Christian Baker’s Appeal

Colorado Supreme Court Refuses to Hear Christian Baker’s Appeal on Gay Wedding Cakes

“We all have a right to our personal beliefs, but we do not have a right to impose those beliefs on others and harm them.”

That was from the gay rights team… go figure. It is okay for gay people to force their beliefs on others, but not the other way around.

The next front: transgender PC attacks

In New York, You Could Be Fined $250K for Failing to Use a Transgender Person’s ‘Preferred’ Pronoun http://dailysign.al/1IRoGoh via @kelseyjharkness @DailySignal

Attacking businesses forcing them to accept transgender is the PC attack gay marriage rights people will focus on.

How the liberals are using climatology to legally attack others

New York Attorney General Tries to Criminalize Scientific Dissent on Climate Change

Schneiderman has subpoenaed extensive financial records, emails and other documents of Exxon Mobil to investigate whether the company “lied to the public about the risks of climate change or to investors about how such risk might hurt the oil business.”  In addition to ignoring the First Amendment, Schneiderman is apparently unaware that the claim that the world is endangered by a warming climate is a scientific theory, not a proven fact.

The history about it:

Document suggests that a Climate activist shadow organization was behind the #RICO20 allegations

The reader should take a moment to grasp the momentous logic: We know legally ‘incriminating documents’ (their choice of words) ‘may’ exist, because tobacco activists had a breakthrough with such documents. They need to be found in order to make climate change a ‘looming threat’ in the public mind.

Try thinking of a more reverse-engineered form of activism.

The big government bullies are at it again…

Houston wanted to force “gender neutral” restrooms

Here’s How Houston Voted on Controversial Ballot Measure

“The proposed law defines gender identity as ‘innate identification, appearance, expression, or behavior as either male or female, although the same may not correspond to the individual’s body or gender assigned at birth”

The next battle ground for the LGBT extremists after the supreme court legalized same sex marriage.

Liberals are NEVER satisfied since their rest state is to be miserable. Thus they seek the Big Government to make others feel like they do… miserable.

Union bosses can’t stalk anymore

In Pennsylvania, Stalking Can Be Legal for Union Members. That May Change.

Pennsylvania lawmakers are on the brink of closing a legal loophole that exempts parties to an organized labor dispute from charges of stalking, harassment, and threatening to use a weapon of mass destruction.

Ugh.

Sarina Rose, vice president of development for Post Brothers Apartments, said union-affiliated contractors also photographed her children at the bus stop and taped the pictures up at their sporting events. The legal loophole gave them a pass, she said.

Why was this ever thought of as legal?

State Dept clamping down on free speech (whistleblowing)?

State Department Clamping Down on Speaking to Congress or Press?

Written into the revised State Department regulation is the threat that an employee or former employee speaking to Congress or the press outside the policy could be fired and criminally prosecuted. “Noncompliance may result in disciplinary action, criminal prosecution and/or civil liability,” reads one section.

Hmm. Trying to cover up more Clinton mistakes?

The next phase of the bad gay marriage ruling… kicking out judges that refuse to play along

Can You Oppose Gay Marriage and Be a Good Judge? The Chilling Opinion of Ohio Court’s Board

But instead, the Board slandered judges who seek to opt out of marriage ceremonies by saying they would create the appearance of “bias or prejudice” against gays or lesbians and should be disqualified from hearing any cases touching upon sexual orientation. But it simply does not follow that a refusal to accept marriage as a genderless institution indicates a bias or prejudice against gays and lesbians.

Clerks fight back using religous freedom

Can Court Clerks Decline to Do Gay Marriages? How It’s Playing Out in the States

It’s troubling [to suggest] you can’t be a Christian and have any of these jobs—or be of any faith that believes marriage is between a man and a woman. That’s just a very disturbing reaction to Obergefell, especially when the court went out of its way to say the First Amendment provides protections for people who continue to disagree with this.

We should expect these attacks to continue until the population submits to the LGBT religious beliefs or the United States of America’s Supreme Court rules in favor of a Constitutional right.

Bakers gagged by BOLI

Sorry, Slate: Oregon Did Put a ‘Gag Order’ on Those Christian Bakers

In other words: The Kleins are, yes, “gagged” legally from saying much more, if anything, about their case. Because what they said about their case before—even though they didn’t talk about future decisions about gay couples and wedding cakes—apparently counts as “a clear intent to discriminate in the future.”

Government Took Their Homes

Dreams Demolished: 10 Years After the Government Took Their Homes, All That’s Left Is an Empty Field

Kelo and her fellow plaintiffs—Thelma Brelesky, Pasquale Cristofaro, Wilhelmina and Charles Dery, James and Laura Guretsky, Richard Beyer and Bill von Winkle—fought the city of New London to keep their homes. The city wanted to transfer the property to a private nonprofit organization, which would facilitate its development.

What gets me is that the government seized land not for government use but for private use. That should be illegal and those government officials who signed their names to this seizure should face jail time.

The city spent $78 million bulldozing the homes and preparing the area for development, but so far, all plans have fallen through.

Sad.
